Book on our repairs page with your phone model, what’s wrong and where you are. In Nairobi a rider collects the phone for free and brings it back for free once it’s fixed. Elsewhere in Kenya, send it to our shop by courier (we return it for KSh 600), or bring it to Rehema House, 1st Floor, Shop No. 2A, Standard Street (behind Sarova Stanley Hotel), Nairobi.

When the repaired phone is back with you, by M-Pesa or cash. We check the phone first and send you the price — nothing is repaired until you approve it.

Most screen and battery repairs are done the same or the next working day once we have the phone. We’ll tell you the time with your quote.

We return the phone as it is. In Nairobi the pickup and return are still free.

Yes. You get an email when we receive your request, when the pickup is booked, when we have the phone, with your quote, and when it’s fixed and on its way back.
