Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, tap Checkout, enter your delivery details and choose how to pay. You’ll get an order number straight away — keep it to track your order.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call us on 0701 362 452 or email sales@fancytech.co.ke and we’ll place the order for you.
How do promo codes work?
Enter your code in the “Promo code” box at checkout and tap Apply. Some codes, like first-order codes, can only be used once per customer.
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
We offer next-day delivery countrywide. Orders confirmed in Nairobi can often arrive the same day.
How much does delivery cost?
Nairobi KSh 300, other counties KSh 600. Delivery is free on orders over KSh 50,000.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. We also call before delivery.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Lipa na M-Pesa (you’ll get a prompt on your phone), and cash or M-Pesa on delivery.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes. M-Pesa payments go straight to our registered Till 4482948, and we never ask for your M-Pesa PIN.
Lipa Mdogo Mdogo (Lipa Pole Pole)
What is Lipa Mdogo Mdogo?
Lipa Mdogo Mdogo (also called Lipa Pole Pole) lets you take your phone home with a 40% deposit and pay the rest weekly. It’s available on iPhones at FancyTech — look for the “Lipa Mdogo Mdogo available” tag.
How is my plan worked out?
You pay a 40% deposit. The remaining balance is multiplied by 1.5 for 12 weeks or 1.8 for 24 weeks, then split into equal weekly payments. For example, on a KSh 100,000 phone: deposit KSh 40,000, then KSh 7,500 a week for 12 weeks (KSh 90,000) or KSh 4,500 a week for 24 weeks (KSh 108,000). Weekly amounts are rounded up to the nearest shilling.
What do I need to apply?
Your National ID card (front and back) or passport, a 3 or 6-month M-Pesa statement (PDF), your email address, and your next of kin’s name, phone number and relationship to you.
How do I get an M-Pesa statement?
On your phone go to M-Pesa → My Account → M-Pesa Statement, choose the period and enter your email. Safaricom emails a PDF and sends its password by SMS — include that password in your application.
How do I apply?
Open the iPhone you want and tap “Apply for Lipa Mdogo Mdogo”, choose 12 or 24 weeks and upload your documents. Nothing is paid at this stage. We review within one working day; once approved you pay the deposit by M-Pesa and we deliver your phone.
Is my information safe?
Your documents are stored privately, seen only by our team, used only to assess your application, and deleted once they’re no longer needed.

What does Brand New mean?
Sealed in the original box, never used, with the official manufacturer warranty.
What do Ex-UK and Ex-USA mean?
Pre-owned devices imported from the UK or USA. Every one is fully tested, cleaned and checked before sale, so you get a premium phone for much less. The condition is always shown on the product page.
Returns & warranty
Can I return something?
Yes — unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, free of charge. Contact us with your order number to arrange a pickup.
What if my device is faulty?
Contact us straight away. Faulty items are repaired or replaced under warranty, and we handle the claim for you.
